The Pint Size Panniers
Designed to stay securely on your bike through your daily commutes and weekend adventures, these Pint Size Panniers from Framework Designs are made to order; reducing waste and providing you with handcrafted goodness at the same time!
- Bolt directly to the triple cage spacing on your fork.
- Custom made in Melbourne, Australia - please allow 3 to 4 weeks lead time!
- Solid aluminum backing so they stay in place no matter how much or little you put in them.
- Tighten up neatly when extra carrying space isn't required.
- Made from Australian Canvas
Please note: The Pint Size Panniers are only directly compatible with bolts that are parallel to your frame. If your fork has bolts on an angle you will need to use an adaptor. Possibilities include the King Cage Universal Support Bolt or the Wolf Tooth B-RAD Double Barrel Bottle Cage Adaptor.
We recommend using dry bags inside your panniers if you are planning on doing water crossings/expecting a heavy down pour- the bags have holes in them after all!
All panniers come with black webbing, aside from the Eucalyptus coloured material which has the option of olive green webbing instead.
Price is per pair, we don't want you cycling in circles.
SIZING: Front: 120mm // Sides: 100mm // Height (Open): 350mm // Capacity: 2.5 Litres
CARE AND REPAIR: If you need to clean any parts of your bag we recommend rubbing in bi-carb soda by hand. Kitchen sponges and rags can leave behind small particles when rubbed on canvas.
Let any mud dry completely and then brush off what you can before rubbing a small amount of dissolved bi-carb soda into the surface of the bag with your hands.
Let it sit for 10-15 minutes before rising off with warm water.
Grease is hard to get out completely, however you can try using a paste made out of bi-carb soda and warm water. Rub it into the affected areas and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Rinse off with warm water. Repeat as needed.
It is recommended to re-waterproof your bags every 12 months or after cleaning for optimum performance! This can be done with a variety of products including beeswax, plant based wax or waterproofing sprays. We recommend testing products on a small section first.
Please feel free to get in touch for any repair or re-proofing questions!
